Blender began in 2006 when 3 Massey University graduates with a strong passion for design got together and decided New Zealand needed a new, fresh thinking, multidiscipline design consultancy. The name Blender was chosen to represent the blending of their different skill sets and expertise. It also appropriately symbolizes the blend of so many important facets of design management which guarantees to deliver great results.
Blender Design has evolved over the years and our talented team now offers a broad range of professional services to cater to the needs of a rapidly growing client base. We have increased our knowledge base to include a more diverse range of design and established awareness in the design community through competitions, media and successful products.
One of the key tools which enables us to do what we do is 3D CAD software. We are proud to be using the latest version of Solidworks.
We are members of the Product Designers and Manufacturers Association (PDMA), a global organisation committed to innovation and product development.
